Delivery

Your package will be safely packed and shipped by default with epacket shipping, or registered EU mail (if shipped from EU). You are solely responsible for any customs regulations in your country, as well as any import taxes and duties. 

Payment

Your payment is managed securily by Stripe payment gateway. No private data or creditcard data is stored in this store, nor do we have access to your payment details. You are able to manage your details in your shop profile. 

Returns

Faulty or damaged products need to be declared in maximum 3 days from delivery per WhatsApp or email at shop@jaykay.info . A replacement will be then arranged.

As these items are handmade or individually fit to your needs and personalized, please understand that a return for other reasons that damaged is not accepted. We nevertheless strive to offer you an exceptional service and have our customers satisfied, so please contact us per WhatsApp if you have any special wishes.
